Good time for a vacation weekAug 11, 2010
By william nollman We take a group summer vacation every year and bring a puzzle just to pass the time and guard against rainy days. The Sgt Pepper puzzle was perfect. It was a familiar graphic with enough easy parts to get started and enough hard parts to make it a challenge. There was mass satisfaction when we finished it.

Fun and challengingJul 13, 2008

"Wherever you go, there you is."
This is a fun and challenging puzzle. With nearley fifty faces in the picture, many of which are divided over three or four separate puzzle pieces you'll be tested no matter your puzzle skills. I framed mine and it looks great with a red border and black frame. Also a great conversation piece as it appears at first to be a poster, but on inspection reveals the separation and character of a puzzle. It took me about fifteen hours working on it just myself, but I was not an experienced puzzle maker at the time. Also the three Anthology puzzles are a lot of fun, I have those framed side-by-side as well.

Fun puzzle, a bit grainyJan 17, 2010
By S. Kolesar The puzzle went together easily enough. However, there were points that the peice was too grainy to determine where it went. I don't have a copy of the original album cover to compare, but one wonders if there isn't a sharper source or process for the iconic picture that could have been used.
Thin piecesMar 05, 2012
By jodene e. This is the second puzzle I've worked on in as many weeks after not having done one in years. I had such a blast doing the first one, I decided to buy more. Sadly, the quality of this puzzle is quite inferior. The cardboard is thin so the pieces don't stay "locked" very well. As another reviewer said, the photo is grainy. Lastly the picture on the box doesn't provide a full visual guide due to graphics and cropping. I'm now wondering who the "good" manufacturers are ...
It should be called 996 piece jigsaw puzzle!Mar 04, 2012

"too much time on my hands"
I recently completed a 1500 piece Ravensberger puzzle which was very high quality, but I was looking for something a bit more funky than an Alaskan landscape etc and as a music lover this fit the bill perfectly. The quality is substandard compared to Ravensberger. The picture is blurry which makes it impossible to differentiate tiny details (half the fun of doing a puzzle). It was not particularly challenging otherwise. However, the most disappointing aspect was that as I finished it this morning there were four pieces missing! I'm going to contact Amazon and see if I can get a refund. I also bought the Yellow Submarine puzzle from the same manufacturer but I don't feel like opening it now :(
