I got the same blanket (only in red, not blue) for christmas last year. It's just like the real thing!!! After a race I can put the blanket onto my seabiscuit and on the way home on go the shipping boots. The only thing is that the shipping boots are too big for some of my models.

Such items are found on equine farms and Thoroughbred racing fans may see the blankets worn by the equine athletes in the paddock area before a race or placed on immediately after an event in cooler weather. The shipping boots are used to protect the legs when being transported by van, trailer or aircraft.
The Breyer name stands for quality and the accessories are excellent and add a special twist to the equine toys, in particular if they are being placed on display.

This blanket set is a great way to keep dust and scratches off of Traditional Breyers! While the velcro fasteners are not realistic (and can be a pain when they get stuck to the ribbon straps), they make it easy to slip the blanket on and off quickly. The boots don't fit very well, but they are moderately good leg protection as well. I mainly use this (and the red blanket, and the pink one) for my shelf models in case they bump each other.
