By Ben The barn is a fun toy but they way it goes together leaves something to be had. It's cardboard sides make it a flimsy thing and it falls apart quite often. I'd recommend getting the plastic versions even though they cost a bit more.

Breyer is ripping people off with this product. Their products are so expensive you would think it would be a great product. I am so disappointed I will absolutely refrain from buying another breyer product. The thing NEVER stays together and it is so cheap and flimsy with its cardboard construction. My daughter sat hers in a corner of her playroom away from the window yet the roof still managed to melt from the little sun it did get. I ended up getting her the big two foot high wood barn for double what I paid for this flimsy thing - Very disappointed breyer

I purchased this adorable little stable for my 2 5 year old daughters for their birthday to go along with their Breyer horses. I figured that Breyer makes such quality products you couldn't go wrong...It arrived today and I was so excited to put it together for them, I know they will love to play with it! I was totally disappointed when I took it out of the box!!! The walls and floor are a laminated cardboard and totally cheap. The walls got bent up just putting it together and the little stall dividers inside {between the stables} just kind of sit in there and it already came apart several times. Hopefully they have fun with it while it lasts! It doesn't say anywhere on the box that it is cardboard.
I went online and ordered them the Melissa and Doug wooden folding stable, probably should have just ordered it in the first place...

Way overpriced! It has cardboard sides and falls apart constantly! Very cheaply made. Save your money!
