Breyer truck and trailer stablematesApr 14, 2010 Bought this set for daughter about 3 years ago. Although she plays VERY GENTLY with all her toys, tne truck mirror broke off while opening the box, the brittle fences inside the trailer broke within the first hour and the top falls off continually. Her other toys can look like new for years but not this set. Accurately made and fun for kids but not durable at all. Not far off a 'dollar store' toy. One problem with Breyer toys is getting them out of the box without breaking the toy.

Not worth the moneyFeb 02, 2010 I found this toy to be cheaply made, the inside fence broke on Christmas Day and the truck comes off it's trailer hitch often. The plastic is cheap, and it is overall smaller than pictured. After I bought it, I found many better ones for less money. Overall, my niece liked it a lot and plays with it often, so from that perspective I am happy with it. I suggest shopping around before you buy this one.

Stablemates Pick-UP Truck and TrailerJan 11, 2010 My granddaughter enjoys this toy immensely. The Stablemates horses can ride in the trailer--it holds her attention for hours. She is not usually rough with toys but this one appears to be fairly durable. I would recommend it.

Gooseneck TrailerDec 25, 2009 It's probably my fault-my son is only 2 1/2, but this gooseneck trailer kept falling apart-the ceiling of truck kept coming off and the bed of the truck kept coming out. Also, the doors wouldn't stay shut...but having said that, it's adorable and my son loves it anyways! Amazon was the only place I could find the "boy version."

Fun and cute but fragileSep 09, 2009 This toy is very cute, I love to play with it! Unfortunately, it is my daughter's toy officially, and she is five years old, and the thing keeps coming apart. The top of the trailer comes off the hinges all the time, and the part in the back of the truck that the trailer inserts into comes off very easily, and is difficult for her to replace. It is just not sturdy enough for a little kid to play with, even one who tries to be careful.
