Good Puzzle for Alzheimer's/Dementia PatientsJun 27, 2010
By puzzlebuyer My grandfather has Dementia and needs activities that stimulate and entertain him. We laid the puzzle out on a side table and he put it together slowly throughout the day. He really enjoyed it! It seems like the right difficulty level for him, and is a good non-verbal activity that he can do by himself.
Fun to buildJul 12, 2011
By Eshan's F18 My six year old son got this as a gift. It was too hard for him to build on his own. I helped a little bit. The wood is soft and delicate. If you press too hard it will break and if you don't press it won't fit. It is a tight fitting, close packing puzzle that requires a lot of patience. We built it over 2 days, about 1 hour each day. When we were done we painted it silver and black with spray paint. My son enjoyed it a lot. It was fun and challenging.
