MR. FANTASTIC!!Jun 26, 2005
By A. Kuehn I love this figure! Mr. Fantastic is a great character because there can be so many different types of action figures that re-create his abilities. This is one of those figures. Mr. Fantastic with Snap On Bendy attachments is a great item for Fantastic Four fans. Based on the movie character, this figure has enough attachments to push him up to 13 inches tall. However, when he gets this tall, he doesn't stand up too well on his own. Maybe it's just unique to the figure I have, but he does require some hand support when all the attachments are in place. Or, if you don't want him that tall, you can add whatever attachments you want to go for just the right look. Without any attachments at all, this figure has a lot to offer. The sculpting and paint job are done well. His style of costume matches Power Blast Invisible Woman from this series. So, they display nicely together. (Series 2 Shape Shifting Mr. Fantastic sports a slightly different style and coloring in his costume. Plus, he's a little taller than this figure without its attachments). The articulation is really good-even the fingers are articulated. All the joints are good and tight except for the areas where the attachments go. They have a little play in them for obvious reasons. And, with extended play, these areas can become worn and won't stick together as well as when you first opened him. Fortunately, this figure is well stocked, so if problems like this or anything else (i.e., lost or broken parts) come up, it is pretty easy--and inexpensive--to buy another one. I certainly would and recommend this toy. He may not be totally perfect, but he's darn close.

Can you beleave they made a Mr.Fantastic.
I wasnt sure if I should of got him but he is worth the money. i also got the humin torch from series 2 witch is great also. You should really keep in eye out for those bendy attachments heres some tips so you wont lose them or paint chiping off.....
1. keep box for attachments or use a bag
2. do not rub the attachments or the color will be gone
3.when takeing hands off mr fantastic twist and pull.
I hope this was helpful

I will be thirteen tomorrow, so please take Me seroiuslyJul 26, 2005
I was not expecting much from the Movie, I thought it looked horrible, but I thought the figures looked great! This was the first (And only) one I bought. As soon as I opened the package his head fell off. I picked it up and snapped on the attachments, (which can take 2-4 minutes) once he was together I stood him up and he fell over. The left arm mainly, and other pieces fall off of him fairly often. The attachments do not look natural in the slightest. I cannot complain about his points of articulation though, all of his fingers move, and in the places where bendy attachments go he is also poseable. The paint job is pretty good, except on the rubber attachments. He always slouching a little at the neck and shoulders, and is now hanging from the ceiling in my Marvel legends: Mister fantastic's wall mountable Fantasticar piece because the figure is no fun. If you want a good Mister fantastic buy the Marvel legends: Mister fantastic. He comes with a comic book, a wall mountable Fantasticar piece, and a long giant fist, and hand both of which are bendable.

This is very good figure as he has great sculpting and a incredible likeness as its pretty movie accurate. I recommend Marvel Movie/Marvel Legends/Spider-Man figures for age 10 and up due to the fragileness nature of the figures. Bottom line this is a must have figure if you are a big Fantastic Four fan! I strongly recommend this figure!

By P. Forese my stepson had lots of fun putting it together. He liked the many ways that he could bend it. What he didn't like was that the head pops off easily.
