Wow... Ideal is sooooo beautiful! This has got to be one of the best molds Breyer has came out with. He has phenominal dappling and shading. Breyer did an outstanding job on this horse! I don't play with my models so I can't say he's durable. I do think if you put too much presure on his leg that holds him up, it could break. He is not made for play anyway though. He is mainly for collectors who show their models or keep them on shelves like I do. But I have to say, he is one fantastic Breyer horse!!! I would so recomend him to everyone except little kids. Well, I'm 12, so I mean I wouldn't let kids under 7 and a half have him because his is delicate, you know. But this model very much captures the beauty of Ideal and Oldenburg horses!

this mold is phenominal...i am so impressed...and to think i almost paid double in a store...great price...great horse
