 Great Puzzle PackageFeb 08, 2010
This is a high quality package of puzzles, it is perfect for a 2-3 year old, with solid wooden pieces that can be stored away easily. My granddaughter loves them. Compared to other puzzles there is no comparison.

I gave these puzzles to my 3 nieces who are all 4 years old. They liked the bright, colorful pictures and the wooden box they came in. It gave us a chance to talk about the sounds the animals make and what each animal eats. I would certainly consider buying the other boxed puzzle sets from Melissa & Doug.

I was disappointed. I didn't read carefully enough. I imagined 4 wooden puzzles packaged together in a box. And that is technically what they are. However, the 4 puzzles are pieces only -- you have to use the top of the box if you want a frame -- which doesn't have any guides as some puzzles do for the age specified 3 yrs. They are also half the size of what I imagined.

These are very cute and I love that all 4 can be stored inside the wooden box. My daughter loves them and finds it fun to sort the pieces into the different sections inside for storage.

These puzzles are another great Melissa and Doug purchase. As a preschool teacher and mother of three I highly value the Melissa and Doug toys. They are some of the best classic-style toys around. My five your old daughter loves farms and Charlotte's Web, so she is very happy with this new addition to her collection.
