 Beautiful. I love this Doll.May 04, 2010
I bought this for my 8 month old baby as her first baby doll. She loves it and already knows that it is different from her other toys. She touches the hands, lips, eyes and nose and kisses the head. It is soft and cuddly and the perfect size for a little baby. I really love this doll.

 beautiful doll but not safe for teething babiesOct 19, 2009
I received this order very promptly, the doll is lovely, but it is NOT safe for a baby putting toys in her mouth constantly, teething. The fluffy pile fibers come out easily in little clumps wherever I pull on them and will not stop coming out. It is not safe to machine launder, is surface wash only. I had to put my daughter's away for when she's a little older. The box says zero months up, but that's not 100% true. Just inspect whatever toy you give your child carefully, no matter what, no matter whose, and put it to the kid test thoroughly. Maybe I got a dud, anyone else noticing this?

Gave this to my niece for her birthday 2008 and she still loves this baby. Perfect for a 1-2 year old.

Great product and great price. I have given my grandaughter and several other babies this for a present. I love Madame Alexander dolls and knew others would enjoy this doll as their first!

Perfect first doll for babyAug 09, 2009
I was looking for a 1st birthday gift for a little girl. This is the only rated for a 1 year old as far as safety is an issue. I felt comfortable with her putting it in her mouth since it can be washed.
