Poor product, low durabilityDec 10, 2008
By B. A. Hare The good: - It's small. Easy to toss into a backpack without taking up room. - AutoHead is good for Presta and Schraeder. Convenient!
The bad: - It takes a LONG time to inflate a high pressure road tire. I realize this is somewhat obvious as the pump is so small, therefore less air can be pushed in per stroke, but I'd pump and pump and pump and pump, and it barely did anything. The high pressure lockout part also took forever, eventually causing me to give up in frustration and ride home on a half-inflated tire. - The high pressure lockout never really worked. I didn't notice any significant increase in tire pressure using it. - The lock ring for the high pressure part broke on me the third time I used it. The pump is now useless. - The T-handle is clumsy, awkward to use, and doesn't lock, so it flops around when you're applying pressure.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend this.

Great for a lightweight, light duty pumpNov 17, 2006
By CalculusRunner I have owned this pump for about a year, and I have to say that it is exactly what I have been looking for. I have went through two other small pumps before arriving at this one, and each had their drawbacks. One was too large for my bike and got in the way, and the other was cheap and broke after a week.
This pump is the smallest I have seen for a pump and it works quite well. It can handle both types of valves automatically, with no need to rebuild the pump attachment to switch. This is a nice feature to avoid losing parts (which I almost did before). It is small enough to throw in an outside backpack pouch or hook to any bike without it getting in the way. It telescopes out to provide a pump range almost double its length, which helps to make it easier to pump. There is a lock to keep it from extending when not in use, and the handle flips out to be a t-bar, which also helps when pumping.
There is one con to this pump which must be understood about it. It is not good as a general purpose pump to have around the house. It takes many more pumps than most other pumps to fill a tire due to its size. I find this an understandable trade-off to the size. It should be used primarily as an on-the-go pump for emergencies, and if you plan on using a pump a lot I would recommend a larger pump.
The MicroMite has been a great pump that has been sturdy for me so far and offers great features for its small size.

By T. This pump is pretty good, although, it takes a bit of practice getting it to work with a Presta style valve. Other than that, it comes with a nice mounting bracket and seems to handle nicely.
Great little pump for the priceFeb 08, 2012
By Allan J. Rood I like the size and capability of this pump. It is a good pump for the price. It did mount easily, sharing the waterbottle mounting screws, and did not end up getting in the way of me pedaling, even though my bottle cage is near my crankset. It does a good job (for a small pump) of pumping up my flats.
Sturdy pump, works wellDec 16, 2011
By mgx I've had this pump for a few years now and still use it to this day. I should say that while I do bike regularly, I wouldn't consider myself as enthusiastic as other riders out there. That said, I'm quite pleased with this product.
It's a handy pump that attaches easily to your bike frame. I actually use this regularly to pump up my road tires slightly before each ride and it's doing just fine. Given my regular use of it, it's quite durable. I've even dropped it once (after a crash) and it still works fine.
The locking head is able to handle both presta and schrader valves and I've used it for both. On occasion I've run into difficulty removing the pump after unlocking in, resulting in losing air that I've just pumped in. The best remedy is when putting it on, you'll have to orient the nozzle/pump before you lock it such that you don't already have air flowing out rapidly. That to me is my indication that I'm going to lose air later as I unlock and remove the pump.
