Too Difficult to FinishFeb 22, 2011
By P. L. Pacheco
"Linda Lou"
We were so excited when this puzzle arrived because we had just come back from a vacation in Barcelona where we had seen the real structure. The problems with this puzzle are two: I've done hundreds of puzzles in my life but this was the first where multiple pieces fit the same spot. Held up to each other you can even see that the pieces are identical in shape. This is less a problem in those ares where you are putting the picture part of the puzzle together, but when it comes to all the blue sky it makes it virtually impossible to complete. We completed the picture part in about a week (me and my 14-year old son) but have basically given up on the blue parts after several more weeks. Such a shame because we really wanted to use the glue packet that comes with the puzzle that holds it all together so you can frame and hang it. Such a shame they didn't make the pieces all different - it would have been a lot of fun to finish.
One other problem with making may of the pieces identical is after trying and removing pieces that don't belong, they eventually start to bend and tear at the edges making the completed puzzle look shabby instead of ending up with a photo-like finished picture.
BAD PUZZLEJan 30, 2012
By Joseph Colyar This puzzle is horrible, and I concur with the other reviews. It is poorly designed, poorly manufactured, and a total disappointment. I don't write negative reviews, and this is my first. Everything the earlier review is true.
Don't buy a puzzle from this manufacturer!!
