 Gorgeous, High Quality, Pieces Fit TightlyJan 28, 2012

We are winter time puzzle assemblers. :) As such we've done quite a few. I primarily stick with Springbok and Ravensburger as their quality is consistent and desirable. This one was no different.
This puzzle has what is most important to me:
- High Quality print (if you frame, this could be important to you)
- Well fitting pieces (you don't have to wonder if these two pieces go together, they fit tightly and precisely. You can also shuffle chunks around on the table without them all falling apart.)
- Crazy shaped pieces (I've seen some puzzles that lacked any creative piece shapes, here we have all kinds of great shapes)
The Clincher! - And this is a personal preference but actually very important to me ...this puzzle has very distinctive colors and textures. This makes assembly far easier and more enjoyable to me. I really don't enjoy puzzles that are too difficult, like one's that have a large portion that is one single color ...a big blue sky. This was easy to get into and progressed nicely which had everyone stopping by the table and getting hooked! That's how I like my puzzles, I don't want them to make me stare at the table for 15 minutes trying to find two white pieces that fit together. lol

I bought this puzzle for my mother - the shipment arrived on time and in good condition. My mother said she really enjoyed the puzzle...it was hard enough that it was a good challenge to put it together.
