Flim Flam Dressage Horse
Flim Flam Dressage Champion

Flim Flam, the eye-catching and talented Hanoverian, has been a clear leader in today's generation of elite U.S. dressage horses, a steady performer to be relied upon in tough international competition when the stakes are high. Partnered with his life-long rider, Sue Blinks, who has trained the talented and complex equine since his earliest days under saddle. It takes remarkable talent and focus for both horse and rider to be a U. S. Equestrian Team contender, yet "Flim" and Sue – with the unwavering support of the Dressage Sponsor Corporation – have gained berth after berth on the official U.S. teams. These include the: 1998 Rome World Equestrian Games (WEG) where "Flim" and Sue scored the 2nd highest team score and placed a notable 12th in the individual competition), and the 2000 Sydney Olympic Summer Games where this horse and rider team gave an elegant ride and helped clinch the team bronze medal. In 2000, they went on to finish an impressive eighth in the individual competition, too. In 2002, Flim and Sue once again represented the United States at the World Equestrian Games in Spain, helping secure the team silver medal, the best finish ever for the U.S. Flim Flam has earned a prominent spot in equestrian history books, and is representative of the rising skill of the U.S. dressage community.
